The number of vacancies for BPSC CCE (Prelims) 70th is disclosed by the Bihar Public Service Commission with the release of notification; there are a total number of 1957 positions. Out of which, 799 for unreserved, 604 for women, 34 for Grandchildren of freedom fighters, and 66 are for handicapped candidates.
BPSC CCE 70th Eligibility Criteria

- Educational Qualification: The applicant must have pursued a Bachelor’s degree in any subject from a college affiliated or constituent with a university recognised by the University Grant Commission.
- Age Limit: The candidate must have turned at least 20, 21 or 22 years, as per post requirement. The upper age limit for Male and Female individuals is 37 and 40 years, with age relaxation of 3 years for BC and 5 years for SC/ST.

BPSC CCE 70th Exam Date
The date for the 70th Combined Competitive Examination (Prelims) is announced by the Bihar Public Service Commission; it will be held across the state at various exam centres on November 17, 2024. Candidates who have applied to participate in the exam will be able to check the venue and timing of the exam by downloading the admit card.
BPSC CCE 70th Exam Pattern
The BPSC will hold the 70th Combined Competitive Examination (Prelims) in offline mode through the OMR Sheets, a total number of 150 MCQs will be asked from General Studies. Each question will carry the weightage of 1 mark and incase of incorrect response, 0.33 marks will be deducted.
The medium of exam will be English and Hindi, and to touch all MCQs each individual will get an exam time duration of 02 hours, for the Physical Handicapped candidates, extra timing will be provided.

The answer key for the BPSC CCE (Prelims) 70th will be available on the official website of the Bihar Public Service Commission at https://bpsc.bih.nic.in/ within two weeks after the exam, by accessing which exam takers will be able to check the correct responses for all MCQs, it will also help candidates in evaluating the tentative score.
BPSC CCE 70th Result
The result for BPSC CCE (Prelims) 70th will be released as a merit list, which will be made available on the official website of the Bihar Public Service Commission most probably in December 2024. It will carry the Roll Number of qualified candidates, who will be eligible to participate in the second stage of selection process i.e. Mains.
