OAS Payment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

    • If you and spouse or common-law partner receives an OAS and are entitled to receive the (GIS) with a combined income under $40,800 then you are eligible for extra benefit known as Allowance. 
    • You are eligible for the extra benefit known as Allowance for the Survivor if your spouse or common-law partner has died and you have not married again. Your age is under 60-64 and your annual earnings are under $29,712. 

How much is Canada Seniors Payment 2025 amount?

If we talk about last quarter adjustments of 2024, then the OAS payment for seniors between 65 to 74 is $727.67 with income less than $148,451 and for seniors who are 70 years or older, this amount is $800.44 with income less than $154,196. The additional benefits amounts for 2024 are:
