Canara Bank Apprentice Merit List 2024
The merit list for recruitment of Apprentice for year 2024-25 will be prepared by the Canara Bank based on the candidates’ performance in the 12th exam. It is estimated that it may be made public on the respective web portal most probably in November 2024, incase of tie in the score, the candidate with upper age will be considered to prepare the rank list.
Canara Bank Apprentice DV & Local Language Test 2024
Candidates who will be shortlisted on the merit list for recruitment of Apprentice under the Canara Bank will be eligible to participate in the DV and Test of the Local Language, individuals are hereby notified that the these last two stages of selection process is likely to take place in December 2024, if the merit list is made available by November.

Canara Bank Apprentice Eligibility Criteria 2024
The eligibility criteria for recruitment of apprentices under the Canara Bank is available below in terms of educational qualification and age limit.
- Educational Qualification: A candidate must have pursued a Bachelor’s degree from a university recognised by UGC. Additionally, the candidate must have studied the local language at Matriculation or Intermediate Level.
- Age Limit: The Individual’s age shouldn’t be below 20 and above 28 years as of September 1, 2024. The upper age limit for OBC-NCL and SC/ST individuals is 31 and 33 years, respectively.
Canara Bank Apprentice Application Fee 2024
To apply for recruitment of Apprentice under the Canara Bank, a candidate who belongs to Unreserved, Other Backward Class, or Economically Weaker Section had to pay the application fee of 500 rupees using UPI, NET Banking, Debit Card, or any October 7, 2024; and those who belongs to Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Caste and Person with Disability were exempted.
Canara Bank Apprentice Selection Process 2024
The selection process for recruitment of Apprentice for year 2025-25 on the one-year period under the Canara Bank consists two stages, which are as follows:
- Shortlisting
- Document Verification & Local Language Test
Individuals need to know that only those are going to be shortlisted for the DV and Test of Local Language, whose score in the qualifying exam will meet or exceed the cut off.
Canara Bank Apprentice Stipend 2024
Individuals who will be appointed as Apprentice on a one-year period under the Canara Bank after going through the selection process will get the monthly pay of ₹15,000/; out of which, ₹10,500/- will come from recruiting organizations and remaining ₹4,500/- from the Government of India.
