Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for the Central Bank Junior Management Officer Recruitment 2025 is available below in terms of nationality, educational qualification, experience and age limit.
Nationality:
- Citizen of India, or
- Subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or
- Tibetan refugee (arrived before 1962), or
- Person of Indian Origin from certain countries (e.g., Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka).
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any subject from an University recognised by the UGC, or
- B/BTech from an institution recognized by the AICTE, or
- Equivalent qualifications such as Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant or any other.
Experience:
- 1 year in Officer/Supervisory Cadre in a bank or NBFC, or
- 3 years in Clerical Cadre in a bank or NBFC.
Age Limit
- 21 years to 32 years as of November 30, 2024, the upper age relaxation is applicable as per government rules:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years (15 years for SC/ST, 13 years for OBC)
Application Fee

Selection Process
The selection process for Central Bank Junior Management Officer Recruitment 2025 consists mainly of two stages, which are Written Exam and Interview. The first stage of the selection process will be administered in March 2025, which will be followed by the Interview.
Candidates who haven’t studied the regional language at Class 10 or 12 of State or Union Territory will have to also appear in the Local Language Test.
