The upper age relaxation is applicable for 3 years and 5 years for OBC-NCL and SC/ST, respectively. Additionally, there is an additional upper age relaxation of 5 years for PwBD.
Application Fee

- Paper-II: General Awareness (50 questions, 150 marks), English Language (50 questions, 150 marks)
- Medium: English & Hindi (except English Language section)
Stage 2:

- English Typing Speed: 35 words per minute (w.p.m.)
- Hindi Typing Speed: 30 words per minute (w.p.m.)
Individuals who will apply will be called for the first stage, which will be followed by second, the final selection will be prepared based on the performance in WE, as the TPT is qualifying in nature.
Pay Scale
Individuals who will be appointed as JSA under the CSIR-CMERI will get the monthly emoluments of ₹36,000/, which includes Basic Pay of ₹19,200/ under the 7th CPC with additional benefits such as Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Transport Allowance, Medical facilities, Leave Travel Concession, and and other allowances as per CSIR rules.
