- Hearing: Must hear a whisper from 6 meters in both ears.
- Teeth: Must have at least 14 dental points.
- General Health:
- Must be free from medical or surgical issues, and fit for service.

Candidates who will apply will be called for the Online Test, to be held from March 22, 2025, which will be followed by the PFT and Medical Examination. The final selection list is going to be prepared on the basis of candidates’ performance in the overall stages.
Pay Scale for IAF Agniveer Vayu Intake 01/2026
The pay scale for Agniveer Vayu in the Indian Air Force under the Agnipath Scheme for Intake 01/2026 is available below.

- 2nd Year: ₹33,000/month (In-hand ₹23,100)
- 3rd Year: ₹36,500/month (In-hand ₹25,550)

Additionally, individuals will be able to avail the benefits of Risk & Hardship Allowances, Dress & Travel Allowances, and perks like ration, clothing, accommodation, and Leave Travel Concession (LTC). After completing 4 years of service, individuals will get ₹10.04 lakhs as Seva Nidhi Package.
