ICFRE IFGTB Eligibility Criteria 2024
The eligibility criterias for recruitment of MTS, BDC, TE and TA under the Institute of Forest Genetics and Tree Breeding is available below in terms of educational qualification and age limit is available below.
Multi Tasking Staff (MTS)
- Educational Qualification: Matriculation from a school recognised by the state or central government, and have 3 years or more experience in relevant Trade.
- Age Limit: One’s age shouldn’t be below 18 and above 27 yea₹
Lower Division Clerk (LDC)
- Educational Qualification:
- Intermediate from a school recognised by the State or central government.
- Additionally, Typing speed of 30 words per minute in English or 25 words per minute in Hindi on Manual Typewriter, or Typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on Computer.
- Age Limit: The minimum and maximum age limit 18 and 27 years, respectively.
Technician (TE) (Field/Lab)
- Educational Qualification: Intermediate with PCB/PCM with atleast 60% marks from a school recognised by the State or Central government.
- Age Limit: One mustn’t be below 18 and above 30 years.
Technical Assistant (TA) (Field/Lab)
- Educational Qualification: One must have pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Biotechnology, Botany, Forestry or Zoology from a university or institution recognized by the Government of India
- Age Limit: A candidate must have turned atleast 21 years and not exceed 30 years.
The cut off date to calculate the age is November 30, 2024, the upper age relaxation is applicable for 5 years for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes, and 10 years for Person with Benchmark Disability.
