IDBI JAM Selection Stages 2025
Following are the selection stages for IDBI Junior Assistant Manager Recruitment 2025.
- Online Exam: The Online Computer-Based Test will contain a total of 200 questions. The duration of the exam will be only two hours.
- Personal Interview (PI): Candidates who will clear or pass the online CBT exam will be called for a personal interview. The PI will be of 100 marks and candidates must secure minimum qualifying marks in PI which will not be less than 50% and 45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates.
- Document Verification (DV): The documents that candidates need to submit to verify their identification will be as follows.

IDBI JAM Salary 2025
After completing all the selection stages, candidates will undergo a 6-month training phase during which they will be able to get a maximum of Rs. 5,000 monthly stipend.
Following that, they will progress to a two month internship period and four months of on-the-job training (OJT) at IDBI Bank branches, offices as well as centers in which a maximum of Rs. 15,000 monthly stipend will be provided.
After finishing the probationary period and being formally appointed as Junior Assistant Manager Grade ‘O’ (JAM Grade ‘O’) employees, their total compensation (CTC) or IDBI JAM 2025 Salary will be ranges between Rs. 6.14 lakh to Rs. 6.50 lakh for those placed in Class A cities.
