Eligibility Criteria
To apply for recruitment of JAM under the IDBI, a candidate is required to meet the certain eligibility criteria in terms of educational qualification and age limit.
- Educational Qualification: A candidate must have pursued a Bachelor’s degree in subject from an institution recognized by the UGC. Additionally, the individual must have adequate knowledge of Computer Operation and Native Language of the State/UT.
- Age Limit: One must have turned atleast 20 years as of March 01, 2025, the upper age limit for an individual who belongs to UR, OBC-NCL, and SC/ST is 30 years, 33 years and 35 years, respectively. Additionally, there is an additional upper age relaxation for 10 years for PwBD.
Application Fee

Selection Process
The selection process for recruitment of Junior Assistant Manager under the Industrial Development Bank of India consists multiple stages, which are as follows:

- Personal Interview
Individuals who will apply for recruitment of JAM under the IDBI will be called for the Online Test on April 06, 2025, in which a total number of 200 MCQs of each 1 mark will be asked from the following sections:
- Logical Reasoning, Data Analysis & Interpretation
- English Language
- Quantitative Aptitude
- General/Economy/Banking Awareness
There will be also a provision of negative marking, incase of incorrect response 0.25 mark will be deducted. To touch the maximum number of questions, each individual will get an exam time duration of 02 hours. There is provision of sectional timing, whose details are available below:

- English Language: 20 minutes
- Quantitative Aptitude: 35 minutes

Candidates who will pass the Online Test will be called for the Person Interview, which will be held in face-to-face mode with time duration range from 30-45 minutes.
The weightage of the second stage of selection process will be 100 marks, to pass which an individual who belongs to UR is required to obtain 50% score, the minimum requirement for SC, ST, PwBD and OBC is 45% score.
Pay Scale
