The Karnataka Administrative Services Prelims Exam 2024 was conducted on 29th December 2024 by the Karnataka Public Service Commission. This exam was conducted against 384 vacancies in which the number of candidates participating is very huge in comparison to the vacancy.
The exam has been conducted by KPSC in offline mode, the process of evaluation of the answer sheet is going to take about four weeks. There are a total of 3 stages in the KPSC KAS Exam 2024, first is Prelims, second is Mains and third is Interview. The first stage has been conducted successfully and its result will be released very soon. - First of all, go to the official website of the Karnataka Public Service Commission.
- On the official website of KPSC, you will see an option of Karnataka Administrative Services Examination 2024, click on it.
- Now you will have an option of List of Candidates Eligible for Mains Examination, click on it and download the PDF.
- Open the PDF file and search your hall ticket number to check whether you have passed the exam or not.
If your hall ticket number is visible on the merit list then it means that you have successfully cleared the KAS Prelims Exam 2024 held on 29th December 2024 and now you have to appear in the Mains exam.
KPSC KAS Prelims Exam 2024-25 Cut Off Marks
The KPSC KAS Prelims Exam 2024 was conducted by the Karnataka Public Service Commission on 29th December 2024. There were a total of two papers, each paper was of 200 marks. It is mandatory to score a cut off or above marks in each paper to be declared successful in this exam.
Details regarding the cut off will be released by the KPSC on the official website along with the result. It is expected that the cut off marks to clear this exam can be between 82 to 87% aggregate score for General category. What after the KPSC KAS Prelims 2024-25 Result?
After the Karnataka Administrative Services Prelims Exam 2024 Result is released by the Karnataka Public Service Commission, the qualified candidates will have to appear in the Mains exam. The date of the second stage of the selection process has not been officially announced yet but it is likely to be held in the second quarter of the year 2025.
