KSSSCI Non-Teaching Eligibility Criteria 2025

Medical Social Service Officer Gr-II
- Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Social Work.
- Age Limit: 18 to 40 years
- Experience: Experience in a Welfare or Health Agency, preferably in Medical/Public Health Service.
Receptionist
- Educational Qualification: Degree from a recognized university, and lost-graduate Diploma in Journalism/Public Relations.
- Age Limit: 18 to 40 years
- Experience: Experience in Public Relations/Publications/Publishing (Desirable).
Storekeeper
- Educational Qualification: Degree from a recognized university, and post-graduate degree/Diploma in Material Management.
- Age Limit: 18 to 40 years
- Experience: Knowledge of computers (Desirable).
Dietician
- Educational Qualification: M.Sc. (Food & Nutrition) from a recognized university/institution.
- Age Limit: 18 to 40 years
- Experience: 5 years as a dietician (preferably in a government hospital).
Pharmacist Gr-II

- Educational Qualification: Degree in Biomedical Engineering or relevant engineering field. Or, Diploma in Biomedical Engineering (with 5 years of experience).
- Age Limit: 18 to 40 years
- Experience: 4 years of experience in medical instrument maintenance (if degree holder), or 5 years of experience (if diploma holder).
Deputy Chief Security Officer
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree.
- Age Limit: 40 to 50 years
- Experience: 13 years as an Ex-serviceman (Army/Airforce/Navy) with the last service in the pay scale equivalent to Level 11 (7th Pay Commission) or Grade Pay 6600 (6th Pay Commission).
The cut date to calculate the age is January 01, 2025, and the upper age relaxation is applicable for 3 and 5 years for OBC and SC & ST, respectively.
KSSSCI Non-Teaching Application Fee 2025
In order to apply for recruitment of Non-Teaching positions under the KSSSCI, a candidate who belongs to UR, OBC or EWS is required to deposit the application fee of ₹1,000/- and additionally 18% GST (₹180) using the debit card, credit card or any other provided payment gateway.
Note: The payable amount for the Scheduled Tribes and Scheduled Caste is ₹600/-, with additionally, 18% GST (₹108/-). Make sure to pay the required amount by the deadline, because without it no application form will be accepted.
KSSSCI Non-Teaching Selection Process 2025
The selection process for recruitment of Non-Teaching positions under the KSSSCI consists of a single stage, which is CBT. A total number of 100 MCQs of each 1 mark will be asked from Mathematical Aptitude, Reasoning, General Knowledge, General English and Concerned Subjects.
There will also be a provision for negative marking, incase of incorrect response ⅓ marks will be deducted. To touch the maximum number of questions, individuals will get an exam time duration of 02 hours, and the medium of exam will be English and Hindi.
