MPSC Assistant Town Planner Eligibility Criteria 2024

The eligibility criteria for recruitment of ATP under the Maharashtra Town Planning and Valuation Service is available below in terms of educational qualification and age limit.

• Educational Qualification: A candidate must have pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Civil and Rural Engineering, Urban and Rural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Technology, or Urban Planning from a university or institution recognized by the AICTE.
• Age Limit: The candidate’s age shouldn’t be 21 years, and above 38 years. The upper age relaxation is applicable for 5 years for the Reserved category candidates.

MPSC Assistant Town Planner Application Fee 2024

In order to apply for recruitment of the Assistant Town Planner, a candidate who belongs to the Unreserved category is required to make payment of the application fee of ₹394/- using the debit card, credit card, NET banking or any other provided payment gateway. The payable amount for the reserved category candidates is only ₹294/-.

Note: The last date to pay the application fee was November 10, 2024, it was mandatory to pay the required amount otherwise the application form won’t be accepted by the Maharashtra Public Service Commission.

MPSC Assistant Town Planner Selection Process 2024

The selection process for recruitment of ATP under the Town Planning and Valuation Service consists of multiple stages, which are Screening Test, Interview, and Document Verification & Medical Examination. Individuals who will apply will be called for the first stage of the selection process, which will be followed by the second. The last two stages will be administered simultaneously after the release of the merit list.

MPSC Assistant Town Planner Pay Scale 2024

Individuals who will be appointed as Assistant Town Planner in the Town Planning and Valuation Service, after going through the selection process, will get a monthly salary range from ₹41,800/- to ₹1,32,300/- with additional benefits such as Dearness Allowance, Home Rent Allowance, and others provided by the Government of Maharashtra.
