Eligibility Criteria
In order to apply for the National Common Entrance Test 2025, a candidate is required to meet the eligibility criterias in terms of educational qualification and age limit.
- Educational Qualification:
- A candidate must have passed the Intermediate exam with Science, Commerce or Arts stream from a board recognised by the Council of Boards of School Education in India.
- The candidate is going to participate in Class 12 Exam with any stream for academic year 2024-25 with the COBSE-recognised board.
- Age Limit:
- One’s age shouldn’t be below 17 years as of December 31, 2025.
- There is no cap of maximum age limit.
Application Fee
In order to apply for the NCET 2025, a candidate who belongs to Unreserved is required to pay ₹1200/ as application fee; the payable amount for Other Backward Class and Economically Weaker Section is ₹800/; and those who belong to Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Tribes and Physical Handicapped need to pay only ₹650/.
