The Unified Council conducts the National Level Science Talent Search Examination annually to identify and nurture talented students in the field of science and mathematics. For the year 2024-25, the offline exam was held on December 3 and 13, 2024, and the result is released on the official website on 22 January 2025.

Cut Off Marks
Students who have participated in the National Level Science Talent Search Examination 2024-25 held on 3 and 13 December 2024 should know that out of total appeared candidates only those are going to be declared successful in the exam who will fall in top 100 performer, additionally, there will be 3 state toppers from each state for each Class.
Candidates who will fall in 100 performers in the NSTSE 2024-25 won’t be shortlisted as state toppers. The state toppers are students who have achieved the highest score in their state, besides top 10 performers.
Let’s understand it by an example, if an individual rank is 95 at national level, and he/she is the top score of his/her state, but the student won’t be declared State topper. The state toppers will be those candidates who won’t be in the list of 100 performers.
