PSTET 2024 Admit Card
The admit card for the Punjab State Teacher Eligibility Test 2024 will be available on the official website of the Punjab School Education Board, Mohali on November 18. Individuals need to know that to get the digital copy of this document, a candidate is required to provide login credentials which are Mobile Number and Password, so be ready with it.
PSTET 2024 Exam Date
The exam date for the Punjab State Teacher Eligibility Test 2024 is announced by the PSEB, Mohali, candidates are hereby notified that the examination will take place on December 1. Individuals need to know that the Paper I and II exam will be administered separately, likely in two shifts, timings to which will be available on the individuals’ admit card.
PSTET 2024 Exam Pattern
The PSTET 2024 will be held by the PSEB, Mohali in offline mode through the OMR Sheets, in which a total number of 150 objective-type questions will be asked from different sections in Paper I and II, whose details are available below.

Exam question in the PSTET 2024 will be of 1 mark, without any provision of negative marking. The medium of the exam will be both English and Punjabi, and to solve the maximum number of questions each individual will have a time duration of 02 hours and 30 minutes.
PSTET 2024 Eligibility Criteria
To participate in the PSTET 2024, it is mandatory to submit the application form on or before the deadline. To apply one must meet certain eligibility criteria, you may go through the listed points to check that you are eligible or not.
- Paper I: A candidate must have Passed the Intermediate exam and have completed any of the following the courses:
- Two-year Diploma in Elementary Education
- Four-year Bachelor’s in Elementary Education
- Paper II:
- The candidate must have pursued a Bachelor’s degree and also have completed any other the following courses:
- Two-year Diploma in Elementary Education
- Two-year Bachelor’s of Education
- Four-year Bachelor’s of Elementary Education
- The candidate must have pursued a Bachelor’s degree and also have completed any other the following courses:
Individuals who have pursued four-year Bachelor’s of Science/Arts cum Bachelor’s of Education, which is also known as ITEP i.e. Integrated Teacher Education Programme are also eligible to apply for PSTET 2024. There is no upper or lower age limit to apply for this examination.
PSTET 2024 Application Fee
To apply for PSTET 2024, an individual is required to pay the application fee. Fee details to submit the application form for Paper I or/and II is available below.
- Single Paper:
- UR/OBC: ₹1000/-
- SC/ST/PH: ₹500/-
- Both Papers:
- UR/OBC: ₹2000/-
- SC/ST/PH: ₹1000/-
It was mandatory to pay the application fee for PSTET 2024 by deadline, which 2as November 04, because without it no application form is going to be accepted by the PSEB, Mohali.
PSTET 2024 Passing Marks
To be declared successful in the Punjab State Teacher Eligibility Test 2024 for Paper I or II, an Unreserved candidate will have to secure at least 60% score i.e. 90 marks out of 150. The minimum requirement to Other Backward Class, Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes and Physically Handicapped is only 55% i.e. 82 marks.
