Previously, the budget allocation was Rs 7 billion while this year, the package will distribute almost Rs. 20 billion among 4 million Pakistanis. Ramadan Relief Package 2025
The Ramadan Relief Package 2025 introduced by the Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif is a significant initiative which is providing financial support to low income and vulnerable families during the holy month of Ramadan.

Who is eligible for Ramadan Relief Package 2025?
The eligibility criteria for Ramadan Relief Package 2025 is designed to ensure that the financial assistance reaches the most deserving people.
- To qualify, interested individuals must have registered under the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP).
- The most crucial requirement is that interested individuals must possess a valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
- Pakistan residency is mandatory to meet.
- Individuals must have a registered mobile number which is linked with any Digital Wallet.
- Individuals must be below from a low income household as per the government requirements.
- Individuals with large businesses or properties, government employees with higher salaries, people with non-registered sim cards under CNIC, or people on other government relief incentives may not be eligible to receive this benefit.
Note: Individuals who are registered under the BISP and PSER will receive an autonomic SMS on their registered mobile phone number with the verification of your eligibility and payment process.
How can eligible people receive Ramadan Relief Package 2025?
As per the PM Shahbaz Sharif announcement, this relief package is intended to distribute through digital wallets such as direct bank transfers. This method is beneficial to those who have accessed the digital wallets because it eliminates the need to physically visit the relief collection centers or points.
For individuals without bank accounts, the government will issue this relief payment through mobile wallet services including EasyPaisa and Jazzcash. This digital system provides speedy payment which reduces delays, corruption and other mismanagements.
