RBI Assistant Eligibility Criteria 2025

The eligibility criterias for recruitment of an Assistant under the Reserve Bank of India is available below in terms of educational qualification and the age limit is available below.

  • One must pursue a Bachelor’s degree in any subject/stream from a university/institution recognised by the UGC/AICTE with 50% score as aggregate, if the candidate belongs to UR/OBC/EWS. There is no cap of minimum requirement for the candidates belonging to SC, ST, or PwBD.
  • The candidate’s age shouldn’t be below 20 years and above 28 years, the upper age relaxation is applicable for reserved category candidates, you may check the details by going through the listed points:
    • OBC-NCL: 3 Years
    • SC/ST: 5 Years
    • PwBD:
      • UR/EWS: 10 Years
      • OBC-NCL: 13 Years

Note: It is mandatory for the candidate to have studied the official language of his or her State or Union Territory as the Middle School, Matriculation or Immediate level.

RBI Assistant Application Fee 2025

In order to apply for recruitment of Assistant under the Reserve Bank of India, a candidate who belongs to the Unreserved or Other Backward Class are required to deposit the application fee of ₹450/- using the debit card, credit card, NET banking, or any other provided payment gateway by the deadline set by the RBI.

Note: Individuals who belongs to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes, Person with Benchmark Disabilit,y or Ex-Servicemen are required to pay only ₹50/-
