Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’ (General)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) OR CA/CFA/CMA/CS OR relevant Postgraduate degree.
- Experience: Preferred in MSME lending/corporate banking.
- Age: 21-30 years.
Manager Grade ‘B’ (General)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) OR relevant Postgraduate degree.
- Experience: 5 years in banking/financial sector.
- Age: 25-33 years.
Manager Grade ‘B’ (Legal)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Experience: 5 years handling legal cases, preferably in banks/PSUs.
- Age: 25-33 years.
Manager Grade ‘B’ (IT)

- Phase I: Online objective test (200 marks, 120 minutes).
- Sections: English, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, Computer Knowledge, General Awareness, MSMEs, and Stream-specific test.
- Phase II:
- Paper I: Descriptive English (75 marks, 75 minutes).
- Paper II: MSME and Finance (Objective 75 marks, 60 minutes + Descriptive 75 marks, 75 minutes).
- Phase III: Interview (100 marks, including 25% for extracurricular achievements).
- Manager (Grade ‘B’) – General Stream:
- Phase I: Same as Assistant Manager (Grade ‘A’).
- Phase II: Same as Assistant Manager (Grade ‘A’).
