The SSC held the CBE against the position of the Grade ‘C’ and ‘D’ posts across the country on 11 and 12 December 2024. Individuals who have participated in the first stage of the selection process should know that the evaluation of the answer sheet will be completed within four weeks and then the result will be released.
The result for the Stenographer Grade ‘C’ and ‘D’ Examination, 2024 will be released on the official website of the SSC in the last week of January 2025. Individuals who have taken part in the exam should know that the result will be released as a merit list, which will carry the Roll Number of those who will be eligible to participate in the Skill Test.
If you are among those candidates who have participated in the CBE held against 2006 vacancies, you should know that only those are going to be shortlisted on the merit list, whose score will meet or exceed the cut off. Candidates who have participated in the Computer-Based Examination against the 2006 Stenographer Grade ‘C’ and ‘D’ positions will be able to download the merit list from the respective web-portal, https://sss.gov.in/, to check that they have been shortlisted for the Stenographer Skill Test or not.

What after the SSC Steno Result 2024?
